Inspector Services for North South Interconnector Special Order Application

The Contracting Authority is seeking to procure an Inspector to review applications for special orders related to the North South Interconnector project. The Inspector will examine all submitted materials and prepare a detailed, reasoned report with recommendations on whether the special order(s) should be approved. This report will support the Contracting Authority's final decision-making process. If deemed necessary, the Inspector will also chair a public inquiry to allow affected stakeholders to present oral submissions on the application. This is an important oversight role requiring thorough analysis and impartial judgment on infrastructure-related regulatory matters.
