EOTIS Coordinator Services - Market Engagement

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking to identify experienced providers to deliver Education Otherwise Than in School (EOTIS) Coordinator Services. This market engagement exercise aims to expand the range of organisations available to support children and young people with complex educational needs across the region. The EOTIS Coordinator role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring individualised education packages for children and young people, ensuring provision aligns with their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Coordinators will work across multiple agencies to arrange and oversee tuition, therapies, vocational activities, and enrichment opportunities while monitoring progress and outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinating educational, health, therapeutic, and support services - Collaborating with alternative provisions, families, and stakeholders - Monitoring attendance, engagement, and outcomes - Supporting transitions and ensuring statutory compliance - Maintaining records and reporting to the Local Authority Providers must allocate a dedicated coordinator to each child or young person. Staff must have comprehensive safer recruitment clearance, strong knowledge of SEND and EHCP processes, multi-agency case management experience, and expertise in commissioning and managing specialist services including tuition, therapy, and enrichment activities. Safeguarding knowledge and compliance with statutory requirements are essential.
