Supported Housing for Adults with Mental Health Needs - Marlborough Lane

This opportunity involves delivering supported accommodation for six adults experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness who have medium-level mental health support needs. The service uses evidence-based approaches including Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE) and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) to provide holistic support. Key service components include: tenancy sustainment support to help residents maintain stable housing, emotional wellbeing support to address mental health challenges, crisis prevention and management, and community integration activities to reduce isolation. The service is designed to prevent deterioration of residents' health and wellbeing, avoid homelessness, and reduce escalation to more costly acute statutory services. This is a residential support contract commissioned by Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES) local authority.
