Fitness Education Provider for Level 2 and Level 3 Qualifications

Bede Sixth Form College is seeking an experienced Fitness Education Delivery Partner to deliver a blended learning programme for students aged 16–19 in the Institute of Sport and Education (ISE). The provider will plan, deliver, assess and quality assure two qualifications: the Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Coaching (Commercial Gym Instructor) and the Technical Level 3 Personal Training Qualification. The role requires full compliance with awarding organisation (Active IQ) and funding requirements. Delivery spans a 36-week academic year starting in September, combining weekly face-to-face teaching, online learning, learner support and assessment activities. The provider must work collaboratively with College staff to support learner engagement, retention, achievement and progression, ensuring all qualifications are completed, quality assured and certificated by year end. Key responsibilities include curriculum planning, assessment design, internal quality assurance, learner support and coordination with the External Quality Assurance (EQA) representative.
