St Vincent's University Hospital – Professional Services Framework Agreements (5 Lots)

St Vincent's University Hospital (SVUH) seeks to establish five (5) non-exclusive Framework Agreements with single providers for professional services related to capital and other works. The five lots are: (1) Architectural Services, (2) Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Consulting Services, (3) Quantity Surveying Services, (4) Fire Safety Consulting Services, and (5) Services of Assigned Certifier. Framework Agreements are relationship-based with no minimum guaranteed consumption; services will be called off via individual Statements of Work (SOW) on an as-needed basis. Successful providers must maintain capacity to handle concurrent SOWs and develop strong working knowledge of SVUH operations and healthcare facility requirements. All work must comply with Irish building regulations, statutory requirements, healthcare design standards, and the Standard Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical) – Document COI1 v2j (published by the Department of Finance on 30 September 2024).
