Disabled Facilities Grant Adaptation Works - Wolverhampton

City of Wolverhampton Council seeks experienced contractors to deliver home adaptation services for disabled residents across three geographic areas. This contract involves Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) funded works to enable independent and safe living. Scope includes: internal adaptations (level access showers, bathroom alterations, plumbing and electrical works), minor building works and complex adaptation packages, and external works (access improvements, handrailing, driveway works, dropped kerb interfaces, and making good). The contract is divided into three geographic Lots aligned with Home Improvement Agency (HIA) operating areas: Lot 1 (East HIA Area), Lot 2 (West HIA Area), and Lot 3 (North HIA Area). Suitably experienced contractors should have expertise in domestic property adaptations and disability access modifications.
