Housing Management System - Supplier Information Request

The Council is conducting market engagement to gather information from potential suppliers of housing management systems. This Request for Information (RFI) is designed to help the Council understand the available solutions and market offerings before launching a formal procurement process. Through this engagement, the Council aims to: clarify the range of housing management system solutions available; understand different supplier delivery and implementation models; identify integration options with existing systems; explore various commercial and licensing approaches; and refine its own requirements and specifications.
