    The Home Office is seeking an Artificial Intelligence as a Service delivery partner through the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) Dynamic Purchasing System (RM6200). This is an early market engagement notice to notify potential AI suppliers of this opportunity. Key Dates and Requirements: - Suppliers must register on the GCA Dynamic Purchasing System by 5 November 2026 at https://supplierregistration.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/organisation/register (registration can take up to 15 days) - A Request for Information (RFI) will be issued on 8 September 2026 to registered suppliers with relevant AI capability filters - The Home Office will create a shortlist on 6 November 2026 based on registered suppliers - Only shortlisted suppliers will receive an invitation to tender (ITT) and access the GCA Public Procurement Gateway Opportunity Overview: The Home Office requires an AI delivery partner to maintain, enhance, and develop its AI as a Service platform, which provides reusable AI services, multi-cloud infrastructure, and assured delivery across Home Office business areas. This is a 3-year contract with an option to extend for 1 additional year. Required Capabilities: Suppliers should register with relevant expertise filters including: AI implementation, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, generative AI, federated learning, data governance, predictive AI, and related services.
