Evaluation Consultancy Services Framework - Ireland Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade

The Irish Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade seeks qualified consultancy firms for a multi-supplier framework agreement to support evaluation services. The framework is divided into three lots: (1) Senior Technical Advisory Services - providing expert evaluation guidance, quality assurance, and peer reviews at all stages of evaluations; (2) Building Evaluation Capacity and Culture - developing and delivering training programs, learning events, and guidance on evaluation best practices to DFAT staff; (3) Evaluation Team Services - delivering evaluations and evaluation-type exercises, either independently or as part of DFAT's internal team, including planned assessments of DFAT Mission Strategies in partner countries. Qualified economic operators can apply for one or more lots based on their expertise and capabilities.
