Ashford College Phase 3 Extension - Main Contractor Required

EKC Group is seeking a Main Contractor to deliver Phase 3 of their Ashford College campus expansion. The project involves constructing a new three-storey building extension on the Elwick Road campus that will add approximately 1,700m² of space. The new facility will house a junior college, student union recreation area, classrooms, IT suites, staff rooms, and two first-floor workshop spaces that connect to existing Phase 2 training facilities for plumbing and electrical work. The ground floor will consolidate existing student union services from Phase 1, featuring a casual food and beverage outlet and direct access to a covered outdoor area overlooking campus grounds and memorial gardens. The Main Contractor will be responsible for delivering all work across RIBA Stages 4 through 7 (detailed design through post-completion). This is a substantial education sector project suitable for contractors experienced in college and institutional building delivery.
