    Brief

The Royal Observatory Greenwich (ROG) is seeking an Audio Visual Hardware Contractor to supply, install, and manage audio visual equipment and systems across new exhibitions at both the north and south sites of the ROG campus. As part of the ROG First Light Project, the contractor will be responsible for: delivering and installing all audio visual hardware for the exhibitions; preparing technical drawings to be coordinated by the principal contractors (OPOE and OPITU Setworks); coordinating closely with principal contractors throughout all offsite and onsite work phases; liaising with other client-direct work packages, particularly the Digital Media team; and developing and installing design portions as specified by the client. This is a two-stage competitive procurement process consisting of a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) stage to shortlist contractors, followed by a formal Tender stage. Site visits will be offered to shortlisted bidders. Contractors should review the full procurement documentation on the eSourcing portal for detailed requirements and submission procedures.
