Marketing and Communications Campaign Management for Net Zero Hub Case Studies

The Greater South East Net Zero Hub, funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), is seeking a supplier to deliver end-to-end marketing and communications campaign management for 30-50 net zero and public sector decarbonisation projects. The supplier will develop and promote high-quality case studies that showcase the Hub's impact, share knowledge across the public and community energy sectors, and demonstrate lessons learned and best practice. Each project requires a dedicated campaign with fixed pricing. The supplier must propose and deliver diverse, innovative communications formats (not limited to written case studies) tailored to different audiences and channels, including content creation, stakeholder engagement, and campaign management. All campaigns should clearly demonstrate the Hub's role as an enabler, highlight how Hub support contributed to project success, and help other public sector organisations understand what they can replicate, adapt, or learn from the promoted projects to support wider knowledge sharing across the sector.
