Future Employment Support Programme - DWP Contract Partnership

AKG is seeking delivery partner organisations to support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Future Employment Support programme across multiple regions in England. This person-centred employment support service will assist unemployed individuals and disadvantaged groups in securing sustainable employment through a comprehensive range of interventions. Key Support Services Include: - Employability development such as skills training and work experience - Employer matching through job trials, fairs and brokering - Job application support including CV writing and interview preparation - Workplace health condition management support (mental health, physical injury, chronic conditions) - Barrier removal assistance for housing, transport and childcare needs - Specialist support for ESOL, addiction and neurodiversity Target Participant Groups: Mandatory: Long-term unemployed aged 25+ (12+ months on Universal Credit) and young people aged 18-24 (6+ months on Universal Credit) Voluntary: Lone parents, lead carers, and disadvantaged groups including ex-offenders, care leavers, veterans, refugees, domestic abuse victims and those at risk of homelessness Contract Package Areas: Central and West London, South London, West Midlands, Yorkshire, East Midlands, South East England and East Anglia regions.
