Insurance and Related Services Provider for Yorkshire Housing

Yorkshire Housing Association is seeking one or more qualified insurance providers to deliver comprehensive insurance and related services for their property, legal liability, and general insurance needs. Scope of Services: The programme covers insurance and related services for risks including (but not limited to): property damage and business interruption, employers' liability, public liability, products and property owners' liability, business combined/office insurance, money insurance, all risks, computer insurance, and contract works insurance. The final scope will be determined at Yorkshire Housing's discretion. Key Requirements: Suppliers must demonstrate: - Strong financial capacity with insurers rated minimum 'A-' by Standard & Poor's, 'A-' by AM Best, or equivalent rating from an independent credit rating agency (approved by the bidder's market security committee).
