Ireland Construction Framework – School Remediation and Decarbonisation Works 2026

The Minister for Education and Youth is establishing a Multi-Party Framework Agreement to select qualified building contractors for construction works across Irish schools. The framework will cover remediation, retrofit, refurbishment, and decarbonisation work on up to 17 schools located throughout various regions in Ireland. Work will be organized into multiple contracts, with each contract potentially covering one or more schools. The initial tender phase includes 5 schools. This is an opportunity for experienced building contractors to join a framework that will deliver long-term school modernization projects focused on energy efficiency and building condition improvements.
