Temporary Tunnel Gauges and Platform Installation at Ruislip Depot

Transport for London (TfL) seeks a Principal Contractor and Principal Designer to design, build, and manage temporary works at Ruislip Depot, including a temporary mock tunnel structure over Roads 58B & 58C and a temporary platform alongside Road 58B. The contractor will be responsible for all temporary works requirements, including appointing a Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) and Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS), and maintaining the Temporary Works Register in accordance with UK temporary works regulations. These structures will create a realistic training and testing environment for London Underground operators to train on and commission the MPaC Delivery System (including Kirow cranes and tilting wagons) in advance of the Aldgate Renewals and P&C Blockade. This is a specialized project requiring expertise in temporary structural engineering, operator safety training infrastructure, and railway delivery system commissioning.
