This high-quality service will feature limited intermediate stops, reduced journey times, and enhanced passenger amenities to attract long-distance travellers including students, tourists, and local residents. The service supports Welsh Government objectives to improve public transport accessibility, reduce car dependency, and enable integrated multimodal travel across Wales. Selected operator(s) will be responsible for daily service delivery, fleet management, compliance with safety and performance standards, and adherence to the detailed contract specification.
