National Groundworkers Framework Agreement

This is a procurement opportunity to establish a national framework agreement for groundworker services. The framework will be available exclusively for use by PfP (Public Frameworks) and PfP Developments. Groundworkers are skilled tradespeople who perform essential construction work including site preparation, excavation, foundation work, and drainage installation. Suppliers selected to this framework will be pre-qualified and available to deliver groundwork services across multiple projects and locations. This framework approach allows for efficient procurement of groundworker resources without the need for individual tendering processes for each project.
