Gas Maintenance and Boiler Replacement Services for Residential Properties 2026-2032

Glen Oaks Housing Association seeks a contractor to provide gas servicing, planned maintenance, and heating system replacement works for tenant-occupied properties in Glasgow over a 42-month initial contract period (October 2026 to March 2030), with potential extension to March 2032. The contract includes: (1) Annual gas safety servicing and reactive maintenance, including parts and detector testing, for approximately 1,345 properties; and (2) Phased replacement of existing boilers with new condensing combination boilers, controls and flues across multiple properties (100 in 2026-27, 218 in each of 2027-28, 2028-29, and 2029-30), with potential for further replacements during the extension period (2030-31 and 2031-32). Approximately 20% of properties receiving boiler replacements may also require heating pipework replacement. Contract performance will be assessed using Key Performance Indicators, and subject to satisfactory delivery, the contract may be extended annually in 12-month increments up to a maximum of two additional years.
