Catering Services Tender for Oxlip Learning Partnership Schools

Oxlip Learning Partnership seeks an experienced catering supplier to provide food services across up to five schools: two secondary academies (Copleston High School and Stowupland High School) and three primary academies (Bacton, Cedars Park, and Mendlesham Primary Schools). Copleston High School, currently outsourced, requires a new contract from Summer 2026 with capacity to serve 1,900+ pupils daily. The three primary schools are currently self-operated but may transition to outsourced catering. This presents an opportunity for an experienced supplier to manage both the continuity of an established contract and the transition of schools moving to outsourcing for the first time. Current annual sales at Copleston are approximately £520,000, with potential combined turnover approaching £1 million if all five schools participate. The Trust prioritises health and wellbeing through food provision and seeks innovative menus reflecting contemporary food trends popular with pupils and families. Bidders should demonstrate expertise in large-scale catering, first-time school outsourcing, and menu innovation. Detailed specifications for each school will be provided in the Invitation to Tender.
