Dublin City Council: Public Realm and Building Works Contractor at Library Square Ringsend

Dublin City Council is seeking a qualified construction contractor for public realm and building works at Library Square in Ringsend, Dublin. The project scope includes: (1) Public realm and road works covering approximately 0.5 hectares, featuring the realignment of Irishtown Road, reconstruction and repaving of Library Square and Fitzwilliam Street with high-quality stone paving, landscaping, and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDs) improvements; (2) Building refurbishment and extension of Ringsend Library covering approximately 600 square meters; (3) Miscellaneous utility realignment and improvement works. The selected contractor will manage all construction activities, traffic management, and site safety. This project is subject to funding approval.
