Asset Agency Services Framework – Northern Ireland Public Sector Property Management

Land and Property Services (LPS) is seeking to appoint up to two qualified suppliers to provide asset agency services for the Northern Ireland public sector. The successful suppliers will act as professional chartered surveyors (RICS registered) on behalf of designated public sector bodies listed in Annex 2, providing comprehensive services including the sale and letting of land and property assets throughout Northern Ireland. This framework agreement will enable LPS to efficiently manage property disposals and lettings across the public sector. Interested suppliers should be experienced in property agency, hold appropriate professional qualifications, and demonstrate capability to serve multiple public sector clients across the region.
