    Brief

    NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit, on behalf of Birmingham Women and Children's NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking expressions of interest from qualified providers to deliver an Enhanced Care Unit as part of the West Midlands CAMHS Provider Collaborative. Key Requirements: - CQC registration for mental health service provision is mandatory - Service location must be within the West Midlands geography - Provider must be experienced in delivering child and adolescent mental health services Contract Details: - Contract Type: Subcontract under the Lead Provider's head contract - Duration: 3 years with option to extend for up to 2 additional years - Start Date: 1 April 2027 - Annual Value: £4,841,515 (single contract to one provider) or £9,683,030 (two contracts to two providers) - The Commissioner reserves the right to award either one or two contracts at their sole discretion Process: - Awards will be made through a compliant competitive process under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 - If the lead provider changes, existing subcontracts will be transferred to the new lead provider under the same terms - Visit https://toucanwestmids.nhs.uk/ for additional information
