The Alzheimer Society of Ireland (ASI) is seeking a qualified surveying firm to provide comprehensive property valuation services for its portfolio of 14 properties across the Republic of Ireland. The successful tenderer will be responsible for: determining rebuilding and reinstatement costs for insurance purposes; providing valuations and professional advice for financial reporting under applicable accounting standards; identifying potential property impairment indicators and advising on future valuation needs; and developing a consistent valuation framework across all ASI properties.
