Commercial Fleet Vehicles Procurement - New Ford, MAN, and Isuzu Vehicles for Welsh Water

Welsh Water (Dwr Cymru Cyfyngedig) is procuring approximately 85 new, unused, UK specification commercial vehicles to support water and wastewater operations. This procurement is divided into four Lots: Lot 1 - 15 Ford Transit Custom L2H1 Trend vehicles; Lot 2 - 20 Ford Transit Connect LWB Trend vehicles; Lot 3 - 20 MAN TGE 6.160 4x2 SB Lion XC vehicles; Lot 4 - 30 Isuzu D-Max Utility Extended Cab vehicles. All vehicles must be new and meet specified make, model, and trim requirements. Suppliers must deliver vehicles to Welsh Water's nominated conversion supplier in Bristol within six months of contract signature, with first deliveries targeted from 7 September 2026. Suppliers must confirm their maximum delivery capacity within the six-month window and provide standard manufacturer warranty plus local dealer support for warranty administration. Only suppliers capable of meeting these strict delivery, specification, and warranty requirements should apply. Lot volumes are indicative; Welsh Water reserves the right to award all or part of any Lot volume and may split Lots among multiple suppliers.
