NHS Oral Surgery Services Contract - Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire West and Berkshire East

The Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & West Berkshire (BOB) and Frimley (Berkshire East) Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) are procuring NHS Tier 2 Oral Surgery services across four geographical lots. This procurement seeks qualified providers to deliver specialist oral surgery services, including diagnosis and management of mouth and jaw pathology requiring surgical intervention, to adolescents and adults. Services will be delivered in primary care settings and may include sedation for dentally anxious and medically complex patients, helping to reduce waiting times at secondary care centres. The contract is for 5 years commencing 1st April 2026, with an optional 2-year extension. Providers must be accredited to Level 2 standard through the Managed Clinical Network for Oral Surgery accreditation panel. The four lots cover: Lot 1 - Buckinghamshire (£4,185,955); Lot 2 - Oxfordshire (£5,494,775); Lot 3 - Berkshire West (£4,378,460); Lot 4 - Berkshire East (£4,480,525). Bidders may apply for a maximum of 2 lots. All mandatory dental services and simple non-surgical extractions are excluded. Accreditation commences September 2025. Contracts will use Standard clauses for Personal Dental Services agreements.
