Print Management and Graphic Design Services for Department for Communities

The Department for Communities (Northern Ireland) is seeking a single supplier to provide comprehensive print management and graphic design services on a call-off basis. The supplier will be responsible for two main areas: (1) provision and delivery of printed materials to locations within Northern Ireland and occasionally in Great Britain, and (2) creation and amendment of digital products in PDF format, including accessible web-ready PDFs at 300dpi full colour. All digital products must comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard. These services support the Department's communications with benefit claimants and internal operations across multiple business areas.
