Abri, a major social housing provider with 58,000 homes, is seeking experienced suppliers to provide materials supporting its 2026–2031 corporate strategy. The strategy focuses on delivering a new 'home and place standard' that prioritizes customer experience, safety, environmental sustainability, and quality while expanding new home development. This tender covers the supply of maintenance and repair materials across Abri's entire property portfolio to support planned and responsive maintenance work, with a commitment to first-time fix delivery. The opportunity is structured into three specialist material lots, with estimated annual values ranging from £3.5m to £5.2m depending on programme and budget. Suppliers may bid for multiple lots, but only one supplier will be awarded per lot. Lot 1 covers Building Materials (£4.8m–£5.2m annually) including consumables, paving, decorating materials, UPVC components, kitchen and bathroom spares, flooring, and equipment hire. Lot 2 covers Gas Parts and Heating/Plumbing (£4m–£5m annually) including boilers, heat pumps, piping, valves, and bathroom components. Lot 3 covers Electrical Consumables (£3.5m–£5m annually) including cabling, wiring accessories, consumer units, and extraction equipment. The contract will run for multiple years with potential for geographic expansion. Ad-hoc improvements and updates may be required using agreed rates.
