Electronic Fuel Monitoring System for Fire and Rescue Fleet

Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Authority is seeking a modern electronic fuel monitoring system for six fire stations across Bedfordshire (Kempston Headquarters with 2 tanks, Dunstable, Luton with 2 tanks, Leighton Buzzard, and Stopsley Community Fire Station). Currently, all fuel transactions are recorded manually. The solution must include: electronic fuel capacity gauges and monitoring system installation at each fuelling station; cloud-based data collection accessible from PCs at BFRA Headquarters Workshops for analysis; automated recording of vehicle mileage, registration, refuelling time, and fuel quantity dispensed; compatibility with existing high/low level and leak detection alarms; and generation of relevant monitoring reports and analytics.
