Brief

Ordnance Survey (OS), Great Britain's National Mapping Service and a government-owned company, is seeking a specialist marketing and communications agency partner. The successful supplier will provide full-service B2B and B2G marketing support to reposition OS as a modern, technology-enabled data business. Key responsibilities include: designing and delivering integrated Go To Market (GTM) campaigns that demonstrate how OS's trusted geospatial data supports government priorities, delivers social and environmental benefits, and strengthens national resilience; creating compelling messaging for public sector stakeholders about OS's role as critical national infrastructure; supporting commercial revenue growth in private sectors including utilities, telecoms, land and property, and financial services; and positioning OS for renewal of the Public Sector Geospatial Agreement (PSGA) and future government contracts. The three-year contract (with options to extend annually for up to two additional years) is valued at £250,000–£300,000 per annum. The anticipated start date is 1 September 2026. The supplier will work closely with OS leadership to deliver strategic, high-impact marketing activity that showcases OS's national value and growth potential.
