Young People's Housing Support Service - Market Engagement

Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking to gather information from potential providers of supported accommodation services for young people aged 16-25. This is a market engagement exercise, not a formal tender, to help the council understand available options and refine its procurement strategy before launching an official procurement process. Service Overview: The council plans to re-commission 9 units of supported accommodation from a single location in Wrexham. The service will support vulnerable young people to develop independent living skills, manage finances, understand tenancy responsibilities, and reduce homelessness.
