Event Management Services for Conferences

This opportunity is for professional event management services to plan, coordinate, and deliver two half-day conferences scheduled for June 2027 and June 2029. The successful provider will also be available to support additional ad hoc events throughout the contract term. Key services include: event planning and strategy, venue selection and liaison, speaker and stakeholder coordination, attendee registration and management, event production and logistics, audio-visual and technical recording setup, on-site event delivery and staffing, health and safety compliance, and post-event evaluation with reporting.
