Clerk of Works for Tyndall North Research Facility Construction Project

This tender seeks to appoint a qualified Civil, Structural, and Architectural Clerk of Works to oversee the complete construction and handover phase of the Tyndall North Project in Ireland. The project involves constructing a new 17,426m² research facility with 4-7 storeys containing laboratories, seminar rooms, offices, exhibition space, and a café; a separate two-storey utilities building with electrical substation; a walled central gas and water storage enclosure; two bicycle parking structures; and a consolidated car park for 154 spaces. The site also requires demolition of the former Irish Distillers Bottling Plant and associated structures, plus comprehensive site landscaping and utility relocation. The Clerk of Works will be responsible for quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and site supervision throughout the construction and handover period.
