Behind-the-Meter Solar Power Purchase Agreement for Campus Buildings

This opportunity seeks a qualified solar contractor to design, install, operate, and maintain rooftop photovoltaic (PV) systems across suitable buildings at the Walton Hall campus under a private wire Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The contractor will generate and supply solar electricity directly to the site at a fixed agreed tariff. The selected contractor will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle, including: all Distribution Network Operator (DNO) applications and approvals, structural engineering assessments, electrical system evaluations, planning permission applications, and securing all necessary statutory consents. This is a turnkey solution where the contractor manages technical design, permitting, installation, and ongoing operations and maintenance of the solar systems.
