External Audit Services for Central East Integrated Care Board

Provision of external audit services for three NHS Integrated Care Boards: NHS Bedfordshire, Luton & Milton Keynes (BLMK), NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough (C&P), and the Hertfordshire region of NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex (HWE). These three regions are undergoing organisational changes and will transition to form a new organisation, Central East Integrated Care Board, anticipated to be in place from 1st April 2026. The contract will be novated from NHS Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes ICB to Central East ICB during its lifetime. This procurement is being conducted using the Crown Commercial Services RM6310 framework for Provision of Audit and Assurance Services, Lot 2 External Audit. Suppliers should be prepared to deliver audit services across multiple ICB regions and support the transition to the new Central East ICB structure.
