Dormouse Habitat Improvement Works - Ebbsfleet Central Development

The Contracting Authority is seeking a qualified Contractor to carry out habitat improvement works to support dormouse conservation as part of the Ebbsfleet Central development project. The works focus on enhancing existing habitats that will be retained within the development site to maintain and strengthen the local dormouse population that may be affected by construction activities. This project must be completed before Phase 1a Infrastructure Works begin, allowing newly planted vegetation sufficient time to establish before ground clearance and construction commence. Contractors should have expertise in ecological habitat management, dormouse conservation, and environmental mitigation strategies.
