    Brief

    Tipperary County Council is establishing a multi-party framework agreement for minor residential building works across all five municipal districts (Nenagh, Templemore-Thurles, Cahir/Cashel/Tipperary, Clonmel, and Carrick-on-Suir). This is Stage 1 of a two-stage procurement process to qualify contractors for the framework. Qualified tenderers will receive detailed specifications at Stage 2. The framework is expected to run from January 2027 through December 2030, with individual contract values typically ranging from €25,000 to €400,000. Works may include general repairs and maintenance, roofing, disability access modifications, electrical and plumbing works, window and door replacement, kitchen installation, flooring, painting and decorating, drywall and plastering, small extensions, demolition, site works (driveways, paths, fencing, boundary walls), landscaping, and drainage or wastewater treatment systems. Dwellings may be occupied or unoccupied during works.
