Fitout and Renovation of Day Services Hub in Tallaght Cross

Call for Tender for the complete change of use and fitout of an existing ground floor retail unit into a Day Care Centre and Day Service Hub for Enable Ireland. The scope of work includes: internal alterations, partition walls and doors, accessible sanitary facilities, interior finishes, mechanical and electrical services installation, fire safety systems and accessibility compliance works, external signage, and all associated works required to bring the unit into full operational compliance with contract specifications and statutory building regulations. This is a turnkey project to create a fully functional day services facility.
