Highway Surface Maintenance and Repair Contract

The successful Contractor will partner with the Council to maintain and extend the life of highway assets across the Borough of Halton through the application of surface treatments including sprays, surface dressing, slurry, and micro asphalt. Key responsibilities include: (1) Working collaboratively with the Project Manager to assess road and asset conditions and recommend the most appropriate treatment options; (2) Developing and agreeing annual maintenance work programmes and preparing sites for treatment; (3) Leveraging technical expertise to design and select suitable materials and treatment processes tailored to each specific location and asset; (4) Providing partnership-based services focused on preserving highway infrastructure and maximizing asset lifespan.
