Network Cabling and Technical Support Services for CIÉ Transportation Network

CIÉ is seeking a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive nationwide network cabling services across all operating companies. The scope includes break/fix support, maintenance, and new installations for copper and fibre infrastructure. The successful vendor will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of structured cabling works, including installation, repair, testing, and certification of network cabling, comms cabinets, and associated passive network equipment. The supplier must establish a responsive support model with defined service levels, rapid incident response capabilities, and clear escalation procedures integrated with CIÉ's IT service management systems. Key capabilities required include consistent service delivery across a national, multi-site estate with expertise in technically complex environments such as trackside locations, working at height, and underground infrastructure. The supplier must provide appropriate governance, reporting, and continuous improvement mechanisms while maintaining compliance with all relevant health, safety, security, and industry certification standards.
