Police Vehicle Livery and Marking Services

Avon and Somerset Police are seeking a supplier to design, supply, apply, and remove police livery and high-visibility markings on a range of vehicles across multiple regional police forces. The supplier must be capable of applying both standard Battenberg-pattern markings and custom bespoke designs to various vehicle types including patrol cars, vans, motorcycles, boats, horse boxes, and trailers. All work must comply with Home Office Scientific Development Branch specifications (HOSDB 14/04, HOSDB 47/06, HOSDB 43/04, HOSDB 01/96, PSDB 43/04, and Chapter 8 Vehicle Markings standards). Services will support Avon and Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire Police Forces, with potential for other regional forces to use the contract. The successful supplier will need expertise in both standard police markings and custom force crests and designs.
