Brief

Coventry City Council is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) under the Light Touch Regime to recruit and retain high-quality external music tutors for delivery across Coventry schools, community settings, and professional partner venues. This pseudo-DPS framework allows suppliers to join and provide music tuition services on an ongoing basis. The system will remain open for five years from commencement, with a possible three-year extension, running until 31 August 2028 at the latest. This award notice covers the period from 1 January 2026 to 30 March 2026. Interested music tutors and education providers should apply through the designated procurement portal at https://sell2.in-tend.co.uk/midlands/home. The framework supports the delivery of excellent music education services across the city.
