    Brief

Dublin City Council's Hugh Lane Gallery requires a removals service provider to manage the temporary relocation of its operations and staff to alternative premises. The scope includes packing, transportation, and careful handling of office furniture, IT equipment, filing systems, stationery supplies, staff lockers, antique furniture, conservation equipment, and operational resources. The contractor will not handle the Gallery's art collection. Specialist handling is required for antique furniture to ensure proper care. All items currently in storage or temporarily housed within the premises must also be packed and transported. The service must be coordinated to minimize disruption to staff workflows while maintaining security and integrity of gallery assets. This is a single-party framework agreement. Further details are available at www.etenders.gov.ie under Resource ID CFT-7767564. Please note this project is subject to funding.
