Whole House Refurbishments - 10 Properties at Catterick, Northern England (FY2026/27)

Amey North Region is seeking qualified subcontractors to deliver whole house refurbishments for 10 residential properties at Catterick in Northern England as part of the FDIS Regional Accommodation Maintenance Service. The scope of work includes kitchen and bathroom replacement, door and window replacement, roof replacement, boiler/heating/plumbing replacement, electrical rewiring, and internal reconfigurations. This is an expression of interest opportunity; procurement documentation will follow via Curtis Fitch e-tender portal. Essential requirements: Constructionline GOLD verification (Building Safety Act - Standard Construction verified), ability to act as main contractor, MOD SFG20 compliance (PPM works), BIM Level 2 capability (where applicable), DefStan 05-138 compliance for MOD information handling, and commitment to delivering social value. Desirable attributes include corporate social responsibility policy and business continuity/disaster recovery plan. Successful subcontractors must pass PQQ assessment, accept Amey terms and conditions, and meet MOD security requirements. Complex projects requiring PI Insurance of minimum £1,000,000 at contract award. Depending on annual spend, some bidders may be required to commit to Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) or Net Zero targets. Future similar works may be negotiated based on submitted rates through mini competitions or call-offs.
