Annual Patrol Launch Refurbishment Contract

The Broads Authority is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to perform annual refits on five patrol launches used for waterway patrolling throughout the year. The refits are scheduled during the winter months when patrol operations are reduced, beginning the first week of November and must be completed no later than two weeks before Easter. The initial contract period is three years starting November 2026, with an optional two-year extension. Contractors should demonstrate expertise in marine vessel maintenance, project management, and ability to meet strict seasonal deadlines. All work must be completed within the specified winter maintenance window to minimize operational disruption.
