Maintenance Contractor for Rural Housing Association Northern Ireland

Rural Housing Association (RHA) seeks to appoint a maintenance contractor to provide comprehensive repair and maintenance services for its housing stock across Northern Ireland. RHA manages 617 dwellings located throughout rural areas (population under 5,000) across all District Council areas except Belfast, with an average scheme size of seven dwellings. The successful contractor will deliver 24/7 emergency repairs, void management, aids and adaptations, compliance work, and planned maintenance. Services include structural repairs, heating, plumbing, urgent and routine maintenance, and out-of-hours emergency response. The contract runs for an initial 3-year term with two optional 1-year extensions (3+1+1 structure). Suppliers must demonstrate capability to manage a geographically dispersed portfolio and respond to emergency calls outside standard business hours.
