The renewal encompasses 44TB of immutable archive storage, 100TB of Cloud Vault backup capacity, an additional 30TB archive tier for growth, 60TB of Enterprise Edition licensing with advanced features including ransomware detection and instant recovery, and continued 24/7 support with hardware maintenance for all R6000s appliances. The solution must preserve data immutability through Rubrik-managed retention locks, deliver zero-trust air-gapped offsite storage, support long-term compliance retention, enable ransomware recovery, and integrate seamlessly with existing on-premises and cloud workflows. All services must remain fully managed and secured by Rubrik with proactive monitoring, firmware updates, and replacement parts coverage. Commercial terms should be structured as a multi-year renewal with upfront pricing to ensure cost predictability and budget stability while maintaining full compliance with internal governance and security policies.
