    Brief

This is a fixed-fee, agile web development project to completely rebuild the Educate Against Hate website. The project runs across two phases: Alpha (prototyping, user testing, and requirements refinement) and Beta (system build, integration, content design, quality assurance, user testing, and launch). You will work closely with the Department for Education's Counter Extremism division to ensure the new website meets user needs, aligns with Prevent policy objectives, and supports safeguarding priorities. The successful supplier will need multidisciplinary capabilities including user research, content design, software development, and project delivery. This is a user-centred design approach where your team will conduct iterative testing and collaborate with government partners throughout delivery.
