Neuromodulation Devices and Products Supply Contract

This is an invitation to tender for the supply of neuromodulation devices, products, and associated services. The successful supplier will provide safe, reliable, and innovative solutions that support positive patient outcomes while ensuring continuous product availability, regulatory compliance, and value for money. Suppliers must demonstrate commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Key Requirements: - ISO Certification: ISO 9001:2015, BS EN ISO 13485:2016, or Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDAP) accreditation covering all supply chain activities (sales, manufacturing, storage, distribution) - CE Certification and Declaration of Conformity certificates required at tender submission - Modern Slavery Statement: Required for organisations with annual turnover of £36 million or more - Modern Slavery Assessment Tool (MSAT): Minimum score of 41% within 12 months of tender publication - Evergreen Sustainable Supplier Assessment: Level 1 achievement required within 12 months of tender publication - Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP): Valid plan meeting PPN 006 requirements, either published on website or provided as PDF (exceptions may apply) - Cyber Security: Cyber Security Essentials Plus Certificate required if handling patient or personal data, or providing IT systems, services, or devices
