    Brief

    This is an open-call opportunity for Ofsted-registered providers to supply supported accommodation for children aged 16-17 in the Tees Valley area. The contract runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2031, with two optional 12-month extensions available. Lot 3 operates as a pseudo-framework that remains open for new provider submissions throughout the contract period. Services are provided on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed minimum service levels. Two local authorities participate: Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council (estimated maximum value £10,320,000) and Middlesbrough Council (estimated maximum value £26,670,000). Each authority manages its own contract requirements independently. Providers must be Ofsted-registered and can apply at any point during the contract period, with evaluations conducted on an indicative schedule provided in the tender documentation.
